The Silver Fizz is the creamy variation of the classic Gin Fizz and is prepared with egg white. This gives it a silvery white, velvety foam crown that makes the sparkling drink especially elegant. Gin, lemon juice and soda provide the refreshing base.
Instructions
- Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to the shaker.
- First shake vigorously without ice (dry shake).
- Add ice cubes and shake again for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass and top up with soda.

Garnish: Lemon slice
Pro tip: First do a dry shake without ice, then shake with ice - this makes the egg white foam especially dense and stable.
