The Sloe Gin Fizz is a fruity red longdrink that puts the berry sloe gin liqueur center stage. Fresh lemon juice and sparkling soda make it wonderfully lively and refreshing. An uncomplicated summer classic with a seductive color.
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
