The Lillet Vive is a summer favorite: light, fruity and with the fresh note of cucumber, strawberry and mint. Lillet Blanc and tonic water form the zesty base. Mixed in just a few minutes and exactly the right thing for warm days.

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add cucumber slices, strawberries and mint to the glass.
  3. Pour Lillet Blanc over the top.
  4. Top up with well-chilled tonic water.
  5. Stir gently and serve immediately.

Garnish: Cucumber slice, strawberry and mint

Pro tip: Do not squeeze the mint too hard or the drink turns bitter - a gentle clap in your hand is enough to release the aroma.
