The Abbey Cocktail is an elegant vintage drink from the early days of the bar that combines gin with fresh orange juice and Lillet Blanc. The orange bitters give the fruity mix a fine bitter edge. A light, aromatic aperitif that is quick to prepare.
Instructions
- Add gin, orange juice, Lillet Blanc and orange bitters to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with plenty of ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a pre-chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry and serve.
