The Nacional is an elegant Cuban rum cocktail from the legendary Hotel Nacional de Cuba. Apricot liqueur and pineapple give it a fine, balanced fruit. An underrated classic of Havana bar culture.
Instructions
- Add rum, apricot liqueur, pineapple juice and lime juice to the shaker.
- Add plenty of ice cubes.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Double-strain into a pre-chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime zest and serve.
