The Goombay Smash is the unofficial national cocktail of the Bahamas and brings Caribbean vibes to the glass. Instructions
- Fill a tumbler with crushed ice.
- Add the light rum, dark rum, coconut liqueur and apricot brandy to the shaker.
- Add the pineapple juice and ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry.
