Bramble
How to make a Bramble - the fruity gin cocktail with blackberry liqueur, lemon and crushed ice. The classic recipe by Dick Bradsell to mix at home.
The Bramble is a modern classic from London that unites gin with fruity blackberry liqueur. Invented by the legendary Dick Bradsell, the drink charms with its marbled colour gradient and the zesty interplay of acidity and fruit. Served over crushed ice, it is a wonderfully refreshing summer cocktail.
Instructions
- Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice in the shaker.
- Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice.
- Slowly drizzle the blackberry liqueur over the ice.
- Do not stir, so the liqueur sinks to the bottom.
- Garnish with a fresh blackberry and a lemon slice.
Garnish: Fresh blackberry and lemon slice
