The Sloe Gin Rickey is the fruity variation of the classic Rickey and combines the berry tart note of sloe gin liqueur with lively lime and soda. Without any added sugar, it stays pleasantly dry and thirst-quenching. An underrated summer drink that is quickly mixed.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add sloe gin and fresh lime juice to the glass.
- Add the squeezed lime half as well.
- Top up with soda.
- Stir briefly with a bar spoon and serve.
