The Pornstar Martini is one of the most popular modern cocktails of all: fruity, vanilla-rich and with the iconic sparkling wine shot served on the side. The combination of vanilla vodka and passion fruit makes it the perfect drink for sociable evenings.
Instructions
- Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, puree, vanilla syrup and lime juice to a shaker.
- Shake vigorously with plenty of ice for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the drink through a fine bar strainer into a pre-chilled martini glass.
- Place half a passion fruit on the rim.
- Fill the sparkling wine separately into a small shot glass and serve alongside.
