How to make an Appletini: the green-shimmering Apple Martini of vodka, apple liqueur and a dash of lemon. A sweet-sour party classic in a martini glass.
The Appletini is the bright-green Apple Martini that caused a stir in the late 1990s. The mix of vodka, apple liqueur and a dash of lemon is sweet-sour, refreshing and mixed in no time at all.
Instructions
- Add vodka, apple liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker.
- Fill with plenty of ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice on the rim.
