The Limoncello Spritz is the lemony sister of the Aperol Spritz - sunshine yellow, sparkling and wonderfully fresh. The sweet lemon liqueur from the Amalfi Coast gives it an intense aroma of ripe lemons. A drink that brings Italian summer feeling straight into the glass.
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
- Pour limoncello over the ice.
- Top up with prosecco.
- Add a splash of soda.
- Stir briefly and garnish with a lemon slice and mint.
