The Jelly Bean is a sweet party shot reminiscent of liquorice fruit gum: anise liqueur meets fruity raspberry and grenadine. Colourful, catchy and mixed in seconds.
Instructions
- Pour the raspberry liqueur into the shot glass.
- Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass onto the bottom.
- Layer the anise liqueur on top over the back of a bar spoon.
- Let the layers settle briefly.
- Serve the shot immediately.

Pro tip: Let the grenadine run slowly down the side of the glass last, so it settles as a red base and the shot gets its colour gradient.
