Frequently asked questions

Why is the Gin Fizz classically served without ice?

The Fizz is traditionally strained into a small glass without ice, so the drink stays concentrated and its fine foam is not diluted.

What is the difference from a Ramos Gin Fizz?

The Ramos Gin Fizz additionally contains cream, egg white and orange blossom water and is shaken much longer, making it creamier and foamier.

Can I add egg white for more foam?

Yes, a splash of egg white makes the Fizz creamier and more stable in foam. It is then called a Silver Fizz.
