The Dark ‘n’ Stormy is the national drink of Bermuda and a real pick-me-up: spicy ginger beer meets robust dark rum. The name comes from the dark rum layer that settles like a storm cloud over the pale ginger beer. Refreshing, sharp and mixed in a flash.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add lime juice.
- Fill up with cold ginger beer.
- Layer the dark rum slowly over the back of a bar spoon on top.
