The Chocolate Martini is a decadent dessert cocktail of vodka, chocolate and cream liqueur. Creamy, sweet and irresistibly chocolaty, it is best served with a cocoa rim as the sweet finale of an evening.
Instructions
- Moisten the rim of the glass with chocolate liqueur and dip it in cocoa powder.
- Add vodka, chocolate liqueur and cream liqueur to a shaker.
- Shake vigorously with plenty of ice for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve.
