The Golden Cadillac is a creamy dessert cocktail from the 1950s that owes its golden color to the vanilla liqueur Galliano. Together with white cacao liqueur and cream, it makes a silky-sweet drink that tastes like a liquid dessert.

Instructions

  1. Add the Galliano, white cacao liqueur and cream to a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously with plenty of ice for about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a pre-chilled coupe.
  4. Dust with a little freshly grated nutmeg.
  5. Serve immediately.

Garnish: Grated nutmeg

Pro tip: Galliano gives the drink its golden color and vanilla aroma. Shake vigorously so the cream turns nicely frothy.
