The White Tea Shot is the sweet brother of the infamous Long Island Iced Tea and currently a real party hit. Vodka and peach liqueur form the base, while sour mix and a splash of lemon soda provide the sweet-tart balance. Although no tea is included, the shot tastes astonishingly like iced tea.
Instructions
- Add vodka, peach liqueur and sour mix with ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a shot glass.
- Top up with a splash of cold lemon soda.
- Serve immediately as a chilled shot.
Garnish: none
Pro tip: You can easily make the sour mix yourself from lemon juice, lime juice and sugar syrup in equal parts.
