The Blackberry Mule is the berry sister of the Moscow Mule: fresh blackberries meet vodka, lime and sparkling ginger beer. The drink is fruity, slightly tart and wonderfully refreshing - ideal for warm summer evenings.
Instructions
- Lightly muddle the blackberries in the copper mug with a muddler.
- Add vodka and lime juice.
- Fill the mug with crushed ice.
- Top up with ginger beer and stir briefly.
