Instructions

  1. Add the lime wedges and cane sugar to a tumbler.
  2. Muddle firmly until the juice is released.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Top up with ginger ale.
  5. Optionally add a splash of passion fruit juice.
