Instructions
- Add the lime wedges and cane sugar to a tumbler.
- Muddle firmly until the juice is released.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top up with ginger ale.
- Optionally add a splash of passion fruit juice.
- Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
