The Snakebite is a British pub classic of equal parts lager beer and cider, often refined with a splash of blackcurrant into a Snakebite and Black. Easy-drinking, slightly fruity and inseparably linked to British pub culture.
Instructions
- Hold a pint glass at a slight angle.
- First fill the glass halfway with the lager beer.
- Top up slowly with the cider along the side of the glass.
- If desired, add a splash of blackcurrant syrup.
- Serve carefully without foaming too much.
