The Jack Collins is the fruity variation of the Collins: apple brandy instead of gin, combined with lemon, syrup and soda. Fizzy, light and with a fine apple note that makes this longdrink unmistakable.

Instructions

  1. Add the applejack, lemon juice and sugar syrup to the shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Top up with cold soda water and stir briefly.
  5. Garnish with an apple slice and a cocktail cherry and serve.
