The Fernandito is Argentina’s cult mix of Fernet-Branca and cola: bitter, refreshing and about as simple as it gets. The bold herbal bitter meets sweet cola for a drink consumed almost everywhere there. Served simply over ice, it is the perfect companion for long evenings.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour Fernet-Branca over the ice.
- Top up with well-chilled cola.
- Stir briefly.
