The Bloody Caesar is Canada’s answer to the Bloody Mary: savoury Clamato juice of tomato and clam broth, combined with vodka and bold spices. With a salted glass rim and a celery stalk, it is the perfect companion for brunch.
Instructions
- Moisten the glass rim with lime and dip it in celery salt.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Add vodka, Clamato, Worcestershire and Tabasco.
- Season with celery and pepper salt and stir carefully.
